MY STORY

In 2014, during my Kickstarter event, showcasing VX Wizard's innovative puzzle furniture to the world. A representative of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas (IBRBS) known as Santa Nova, a distinguished ambassador for licensed Santas worldwide, commented, "we noticed the loveseat rocker" and asked a question. "Could you design a throne to help Santas with their storytelling that is comfortable, photogenic, portable and is not a rocking chair?"

​​​​​​​​I rose to the challenge and worked through the night and responded with a cardboard mockup before morning light.`

 

They saw it on Kickstarter that very next day. A firestorm of interest ignited like a fireworks display.

So with that inspiration I went straight to work and made that cardboard mockup transition into a practical full scale work.

 

So between us, we agreed to who would do what, and how Santa Nova will finance and market the work while I pondered and pondered various designs so we will assemble the Thone to the Santa masses.​
